It’s been over 1 month since the demonetization announcement, but the situation is still not under control. Paytm and several other services have helped to sort the situation to some extent.

Now, Snapdeal has launched a service called Cash@Home, which will deliver cash at your doorstep. The company calls the new service as a “goodwill gesture” to allow users to easily access cash without having to queue at the bank or the ATMs. Snapdeal will be using the cash that it receives through Cash on Delivery (CoD) to operate this facility.

How To Get Cash Delivered?

In order to get cash delivery from Snapdeal, users will have to pay a convenience fee of Re. 1 through debit card or even FreeCharge at the time of booking.

The launch of the cash on demand service is intended to further help our consumers tide over any cash crunch that they might face in addressing their daily needs.

A user can request INR 2000 per booking and don’t worry, any bank’s ATM can be used to pay for cash. Let’s be clear, no need to order anything from Snapdeal to avail the Cash@Home facility. The service is already live in Gurgaon and Banglore and will be extended to other major cities in the coming days.
