LG has revealed that is its upcoming smartphone; LG G6, flagship smartphone will feature a new user interface dubbed UX 6.0, which is “specifically customized” to maximize the advantages of the phone’s 5.7-inch QHD+ FullVision display with 564 ppi.

As rumored, the device’s display has an aspect ratio of 18:9, which will help to offer a good multi-tasking experience. Addition to that the phone’s UX 6.0 will also help maximize the benefit of using FullVision display.

LG G6 UX 6.0: Features

Some features of UX 6.0;

  • Differentiated viewing experience for content such as video clips and web surfing.
  • Improved camera UX with 18:9 aspect ratio enhances the camera experience.
  • Smartly designed GUI (Graphical User Interface) enables two perfectly squared windows side-by-side, in turn providing more productivity and better multitasking.LG UX 6

In a press release, LG said;

The LG G6 takes advantage of the expansive 18:9 display in many ways. Type a memo on one side while surfing the web on the other. Inside the calendar app, turning the G6 horizontally will display the calendar in the left window while a detailed schedule will appear on the right. The combinations are endless.

Open a call reception window next to the calendar app or the photo gallery at the same time as the message app. Multiple square photographs can be connected together and viewed as a Collage Wallpaper on the lock screen.

There is also a Food Mode, which will offer a high color quality and saturation for capturing food. Users can also create GIF files by combining anywhere from 2 to 100 pictures in a loop.

LG G6 will be unveiled at MWC (Mobile World Congress) in Barcelona on February 26. Are you excited? If so, what excited you the most? Let us know your thoughts in the comment section below and don’t forget to react.
