Paytm Postcards Lets You Send Raksha Bandhan Shagun To Your Sister

Paytm has enabled a new feature (on both Android and iOS) called Paytm Postcards. According to Raksha Bandhan, after the sister ties a Rakhi on her brother’s wrist, he has to gift her something and Paytm is making it easier for us.

Whether it is Raksha Bandhan, Ganesh Chaturthi, Diwali, Eid, Weddings or birthday, Shangun has an important role to tackle which is mostly in the form of money, greetings or postcards. Now, in this digital age, Paytm want to bring back the nostalgic times.

Paytm already offers you with money transfer facility with company’s own mobile wallet app. With that, Paytm Postcards lets you send a postcard to your loved ones along with money.

How To Send Paytm Postcards?

To begin, you need to first update the app and once updated, open the app and on the panel, you will see a new option called postcard. Tap on the postcard with an icon that reads ‘Send a Postcard’.

Next, you need to select the contact, followed by the amount you want to send and just below that there will a message box, where you can type your personalized message or can go ahead with the existing template. Once done, you can tap on the send arrow on the top and your postcard along with the money (shagun) will be sent.

The recipient will receive a text that you have to send a postcard, along with a link. To claim the money – open the app, tap on postcard option, then tap on ‘my postcard’ and click on ‘Received’. After the recipient views the postcard and accepts the money, you will get a notification of the same.
