We all know, IoT is the future, which will connect all the devices to the Internet. Cars, kitchen appliances, and even heart monitors can all be connected to the Internet of Things. And as the Internet of Things grows in the next few years, more devices will join that list.

24 Billion IoT Devices By 2020

According to a report from BI Intelligence, more than 24 billion internet-connected devices will be installed globally i.e more than 4 devices for every human on earth by 2020. This hits reality when we see (literally) hundreds of companies linked to the Internet of Things.

The Internet of Things first came to PCs. Then it moved to smartphones, tablets, smartwatches, TVs and now into home appliances and probably all our everyday devices will fall into IoT in the near future.
