Xiaomi has been upping the customer service quality. Well, Xiaomi has announced a new service; Xiaomi Repair Status online, this will track your device’s repair status just by entering required details like number/service number and verify OTP on the Mi official website.

Track Your Xiaomi Repair Status Online In Real Time
Earlier this year, Xiaomi launched a way to book an online appointment for getting the devices serviced right from the Mi Store app, but the addition of real-time repair has enhanced the user experience, apparently the quality service from Xiaomi.
Here Is How Track Xiaomi Repair Status Online
- Head over to Xiaomi’s official device repair portal.
- Enter the (asked) details like phone number, order number and so on.
- After entering, hit confirm, which will send you an OTP to your registered number.
- Enter the received code and click submit.
- It will redirect you to your phone’s repair page, which will show a bunch of information like ‘Order Status’, ‘Service Center Contact Number’ and so on.
Terms You Need To Understand
- Work In Progress: It means your phone is being repaired at the moment
- Under Inspection: It means folks at Xiaomi are still figuring out what’s wrong with it.
- Ready For Delivery: It means you can pick it up from the center.
