Airtel adds bundled plans, Airtel new plans, which comes with unlimited calls and 14GB data bundled at (starting) Rs 145, to take on Reliance Jio’s new Jio Prime plans. This pack may vary from Rs 145 to Rs 149 (depending on the circle) and there is another pack for Rs 349.
The Rs 145 – Rs 149 and Rs 349 plans offer 14GB data with a limit of 500MB per day and comes with a validity of 28 days. The Rs 145 pack offers unlimited local and STD Airtel to Airtel calls, while the Rs 349 pack offers free local and STD calls to any number.

Airtel New Plans: A Twist
This offer is only for selected users (right now) and if you are lucky you might see these packs under “Best Offers For You” section in the Airtel apps for your pre-paid connection. Expect this offers to expand in the near future.
Airtel recently also announced that from April 1st there will be no charge for receiving calls on national roaming. They added some flavors by saying that the customers on international roaming will not have to face bill shocks as the company will add the daily packs for the particular country (even if the user has reached the daily limit).
A Jio Killer?
Airtel’s offer might not be as monumental as Jio’s plans are, but the network operator provides a great connectivity and fewer call drops compared to Jio.
