The processor its expected to have a quad-core ARM T860 GPU with 32-bit DSP for voice processing also supports VoLTE and more. Xiaomi has also revealed that it took only 28 months from planning to large scale production and as it earlier rumored, it is made by Xiaomi and Pinecone.

While comparing it to some of the most power-efficient and powerful budget chipsets like Snapdragon 625 and MediaTek Helio P10, Xiaomi said the chipset easily beats (the chipsets) in Geekbench 4.0, CPU multi-core benchmark and GFXBench Manhattan off-screen benchmark.

Xiaomi said;

The design objectives are to balance performance and power efficiency and to produced in a large scale.
